Phát triển không gian văn hóa - du lịch và lễ hội đình - miếu Cái Chiên: Cơ sở lý luận, đánh giá hiện trạng và mô hình tổ chức tích hợp hướng tới bền vững
Abstract
The article proposes an approach to developing the cultural-tourism space and organizing festivals at the Cai Chien Communal House-Shrine heritage complex in Cai Chien Commune, Quảng Ninh Province. It synthesizes international theories and standards with Viet Nam’s legal regulations, cross-checked against field data, historical sources, and local cultural materials. On this basis, the article proposes a four-layer integrated spatial model sacred core; performance space and procession route; eco-cultural tourism service space; and ecological buffer-together, with a community co-governance mechanism, a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) process, and an indicator set for monitoring carrying capacity and Limits of Acceptable Change (LAC). The results aim to conserve original values, enhance visitor experience, and create sustainable livelihoods in alignment with Quang Ninh Province’s current planning frameworks, while contributing a practical model replicable for coastal and island heritage complexes in Viet Nam.
