Abstract
Base on valuable food culture analyses of Ho Chi Minh - a huge economical active city of Viet Nam in many aspects- we consider about how to co-operate for sustainable tourism development. Food culture is an important brand of tourism that improved remarkable outstanded side and applied technology in its growing recently. According to my opinion, to develop tourism effectly, putting our concern on culture values, especial on food culture is a must and always be a smart choice for long-term running.
