Abstract
Vietnam currently owns 8 UNESCO-recognized World Cultural and Natural Heritage sites, including 6 cultural heritage sites (comprising 5 cultural sites and 1 mixed heritage site). These cultural heritages are not only invaluable assets but also important resources, playing a key role in the development of the country’s cultural industry. They contribute to building and enhancing Vietnam’s cultural brand internationally, while also promoting national strength and showcasing the country’s image to the world. Promoting the value of these World Heritage sites in Vietnam is key to the country’s deeper integration into the global economy, helping it to become a nation with a sustainably developing cultural industry.
