Abstract

In the context of a globalized economy and increasingly competitive business environment, building and maintaining a strong corporate culture, along with establishing a powerful brand, plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of any organization. In this regard, communication - a powerful and flexible tool - not only helps connect and spread corporate values but also serves as a decisive factor in building and strengthening the brand. This article analyzes the relationship between corporate culture and brand, clarifying the role of communication in spreading corporate culture and building a brand, and based on this, proposes solutions to enhance the power of communication in promoting corporate culture and brand development.
