Abstract

In the current of national development, culture is not only the spiritual foundation of society but is increasingly asserting its role as a crucial internal driving force. It contributes to building national soft power, strengthening the great national unity bloc, and enhancing competitiveness in the era of integration. Today, culture has become an inseparable part of the nation’s overall development strategy, where every cultural value is not only present in spiritual life but also permeates the economy, politics, education, science, technology, and foreign relations. This article presents the new contexts of cultural development; the opportunities, challenges, and some strategic orientations for cultural development in the new era.
