Abstract

Preserving and promoting culture is one of the effective ways to promote the national image and has a profound impact on the development of that country. In terms of performing arts, especially live theater, China has achieved many successes in exploiting and using this art form to express the excellent traditional cultural features of its people. However, it still faces challenges in the abuse of technology, lack of depth of content and one-way interaction. From China’s experience, the article provides lessons for Vietnam on building a cultural - tourism ecosystem, applying technology based on cultural materials, building IP brands, and periodically updating content.
