Abstract

Visual space design is crucial and pervasive throughout the event organization and staging process. This demands that the implementation team possesses professional expertise in visual arts and a deep understanding of technology. Crucially, they must also grasp the needs and preferences of the public/audience. Beyond its aesthetic contributions, stage art plays a significant role in conveying messages and emotions to the audience. In recent years, event organization has increasingly emphasized the role of design artists, decorative forms, and innovation in expression. This growing focus is largely due to the explosion of technology and the development of entertainment culture. Although events have a long history, stage staging and space decoration have historically not received due attention. Therefore, to professionalize the field, it’s necessary to emphasize the application of theater stage design principles. This aims to effectively expand the influence of stage art to all aspects of event space design.
