Abstract
This article analyzes the role of humanistic education in the context of sustainable development, and examines the close relationship between humanistic education and the creation of a new kind of person in the modern world. In the 21st century, as global challenges like climate change, environmental degradation, and social inequality become more pressing, humanistic education must go beyond simply imparting knowledge. It must also be linked to people’s moral responsibility and virtues towards society and the environment. The author presents theoretical arguments, methods, and practical examples of humanistic education geared toward sustainable development, with the goal of creating individuals who are not only knowledgeable and capable, but also responsible for the sustainable development of society and the planet.
