Abstract

The Hmong people in Si Ma Cai and Bac Ha districts possess a rich treasure of traditional culture, full of humanistic values. It is a unique and attractive tourism resource for tourists. By pointing out the achievements, limitations and reasons leading to limitations in the preservation of the Hmong cultural heritage in the two districts, the article proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of cultural preservation associated with tourism development, while contributing to helping people and local governments develop the socio-economic culture.
