Haiphong Tourism College is pioneering the training of green tourism human resources to meet the global trend of sustainable development and address environmental challenges in Haiphong. The key strategy is to integrate green tourism principles into all curricula, from tour guides and hotel staff to chefs. As a result, students are equipped with sustainable practical skills such as waste reduction, energy saving, and developing green cuisine. The effectiveness is clearly demonstrated through practical extracurricular activities and the fact that alumni are becoming “green ambassadors” at businesses, meeting the market’s stringent requirements for sustainability certifications
