Kinh nghiệm lãnh đạo của Đảng bộ tỉnh Thanh Hóa về bảo tồn văn hóa dân tộc gắn với phát triển kinh tế, xã hội giai đoạn 2010-2020
Abstract
In Thanh Hoa province, there are 11 mountainous districts (as of June 2025), covering an area of over 11,000 km² (accounting for more than 75% of the province’s total area) and home to nearly 1.2 million ethnic minority people, primarily the Muong, Thai, Dao, Mong, Tho, and Kho Mu. Recognising the significant position and role of the mountainous region in the province’s overall development strategy, during the years 2010-2020, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee focused its leadership on formulating and implementing a number of appropriate policies and solutions to promote comprehensive development, with particular emphasis on integrating the preservation of ethnic culture with socio-economic development. As a result, the cultures of ethnic minority groups in the mountainous areas have been preserved, several intangible cultural heritages have been recognised at the national level, and the restructuring of the economy has been linked with cultural and social development, the improvement of people’s intellectual standards, and the safeguarding and promotion of ethnic cultural identity, achieving many significant outcomes.
