Abstract

Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the 13th Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation sets the goal of forming and developing a digital government, digital economy, digital society, digital citizens, especially a world-class digital cultural industry by 2030. This article contributes to the understanding of the digital cultural industry, the advantages and challenges facing the digital cultural industry, and proposes a number of solutions to promote the digital cultural industry in the era of national rise.
