Analysis and comparison of the cost impact on the total investment of FPT Plaza 2 project
Abstract
In the field of construction project management, determining the total investment of a project plays a crucial role and affects its feasibility and success. Understanding and managing cost factors related to the total investment is necessary to ensure efficiency and maximize value for the project. This study focuses on analyzing the impact of cost factors on the total investment of the FPT Plaza 2 project. The results indicate that cost factors such as land acquisition, construction, equipment, consultancy, management, contingency, and other expenses significantly impact the total investment. These factors are evaluated in terms of risk level, sensitivity, and correlation with the total investment. Careful management and control of the high-impact and high-risk factors are necessary to ensure the project is implemented according to plan and within the expected resources. Based on these findings, appropriate management measures can be proposed to minimize the total investment and enhance the project's efficiency, particularly in managing costs related to land acquisition, construction, equipment, consultancy, management, and contingency. At the same time, it also plays an important role in deciding on the project's cost and financial management strategy.
