Research, evaluate and control risks when constructing civil houses using budget capital in Son La province

Abstract

During the implementation phase of investment and construction of state-funded housing projects in Son La province, there were many risks that led to the delay in progress and increase in construction costs. These projects are easily affected by risk factors in terms of policy, social environment, economy, finance, capacity of project participants. The article deals with the identification, analysis and assessment of risks and proposes some solutions to control risks during the implementation phase of investment in construction of residential buildings using state budget capital. Table of Son La province, as a basis to help stakeholders proactively respond and provide risk control solutions to minimize losses and finance for investors.
