Kinh nghiệm quốc tế và định hướng nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý di sản kiến trúc tại các điểm du lịch tỉnh Quảng Ninh
Abstract
Quang Ninh is a province “rich” in cultural heritage, which has been effectively exploited to contribute to local economic development and build the province’s tourism brand. The management of cultural heritage, especially architectural heritage, plays an essential role. In order to propose scientific and practical management measures that both preserve heritage and exploit its values for the economy and local communities, it is necessary to study and analyze international experiences. This article introduces research on the management approaches of three Asian countries—China, Japan, and India—and three European countries—France, Italy, and Greece. The findings from these six cases provide useful lessons and solutions to guide the formulation of strategies, policies, tools, and methods for effective heritage management in Quang Ninh.
