Abstract

The application of BIM in the development of shop drawings for finishing works is becoming increasingly prevalent in civil construction projects, particularly for those classified as grade 2 and above. This study consolidates practical project implementation experiences and provides concrete evidence that BIM not only enhances drawing accuracy but also optimizes construction execution. By leveraging the visualization capabilities of 3D models, BIM minimizes errors, streamlines coordination, accelerates project timelines, and ultimately reduces costs for both investors and contractors.
