Applying transportation problems to assign labor to construction contractors
Abstract
Division of labor is an important job that requires managers to understand the capacity of employees. This helps them to arrange and divide specific jobs to bring out the full potential of employees. Based on recognizing the multi-objective evaluation methods in evaluating the selection of human resources and supplies, the article applies the transport problem to select human resources for construction contractors. Through specific examples, the problem of division of labor is built. Based on the calculated data in the construction organization profile of a particular project, a combined process consisting of calculated steps is determined to be effective in solving the assignment problem. for the workforce to be optimal and efficient. Research results make important contributions both in terms of science and practice in Labour force coordination and business performance of contractors.
