Abstract

The paper aims to study the root causes affecting road construction delays in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province. Through literature review and the survey of professionals, the research pointed out the key group factors affecting the road construction delays such as the construction site, owner, contractor, and supervision consultant group factors. Based on survey findings, research proposes solutions to ensure the construction schedule of the extended Hoang Van Thu street project, which can adapt to public construction projects in the Quy Nhon city.
