Study on rehabilitation of the wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 40 m3/day in jeli kovi factory, Khanh Phu industrial park, Ninh Binh province
Abstract
In this paper, the authors present a study on designing and rehabilitating the wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 40 m3/day for JEIL KOVI based on practical experience and a more detailed calculation method in accordance with new calculation document. The domestic wastewater treatment system was calculated and redesigned with supplementing anoxic tanks, taking advantages of the existing tanks, dividing more partitions and keeping the locations of the inspection holes, adding water collection troughs and chamfer angles for the settling tanks, supplementing new equipment because the old ones have been damaged and replacing with new technological pipes. After the rehabilitation, the effluent quality meets National technical regulation on domestic wastewater (column B, QCVN 14:2008).
