Research on fabrication microcrystalline glaze for application in ceramic tile industry - survey on technical indicators
Abstract
This experiment studies the production of multi-oxide microcrystalline glaze (microcrystalline glaze) from self-made frit matt raw materials and using other available raw materials to serve the domestic ceramic tile manufacturing industry. Microcrystalline enamel is fabricated with a melting temperature of 1150-1180 oC, suitable for firing the body of ceramic tiles. Technical evaluation indicators of prepared microcrystalline enamel have achieved the standard TCVN13113:2020. Microcrystalline ceramic tiles are manufactured to achieve high aesthetics in terms of gloss, beautiful shine, and good reflective effect, increasing the sophistication and creating a deeper effectof of the patterns on the ceramic tile surface more than regular ceramic tiles.
