Solutions to improve the efficiency of disbursement progress of public investment construction projects in Ho Chi Minh city

Abstract

In the construction sector, timely or even accelerated disbursement of public investment funds is crucial for optimizing resource utilization and promoting economic growth. This study focuses on identifying and analyzing the factors that influence the disbursement pace of public investment capital in construction projects within Ho Chi Minh City. By measuring and ranking these factors, the study aims to clarify the importance of the factors in order to propose effective solutions, contributing to improving the speed of capital disbursement. The findings will not only provide project managers with a deeper understanding of the financial management challenges and opportunities but also offer specific strategies to optimize the disbursement process. This, in turn, will support the success of construction projects, contributing to the overall development of the urban and local economy.
