The Fourth industrial revolution in general and digital transformation in particular are opening an era with much innovation and creativity - where the intersection between humans and the digital world, between the real world and the virtual world occurs. In this era, we not only witness the explosion of breakthrough inventions in science and technology but also face many challenges brought about by breakthroughs and digital transformation. To survive, adapt and develop in this creative era, business leaders are forced to change their perspective, innovate their leadership style and have a mindset about digital technology as well as a new vision about management and human relations.
