Impact of integration management factors on success of construction project using state capital

Abstract

Integration project management is an area of project management knowledge proposed by the authors, which is implemented simultaneously with other project management knowledge areas (cost management, quality management, bidding and contracts management...). It focuses on multi-dimensional aspect of the project in the relationships. Overview of factors affecting the success of construction projects (including cost, schedule, quality, labor safety, legal compliance), the authors investigate the influence of various components of integration project management on construction project success, thereby propose a research hypothesis and conducting a survey to evaluate the influence of these factors on the success of construction projects using State capital at specialized/regional construction investment project management units. The results have confirmed the research hypothesis and the model of factors impact on project success was built to meet the requirements and used to come up with solutions to improve the quality of factors to ensure achievement project success. The article also proposed a number of solutions to strengthen and improve the quality of total project management factors to achieve project success.
