Offsite construction logistics management strategies in Vietnam: An AHP approach

Abstract

This article uses the research method of analyzing and synthesizing theory based on documents including domestic and foreign research related to logistics management in offsite construction. This article also uses the quantitative research method of analytical hierarchy (Analytic Hierarchy Process - AHP) to determine the priority of strategies and from the results obtained, research and develop a roadmap for applying strategies to improve the efficiency of prefabricated logistics management in the Vietnamese construction industry.
