ABSTRACT
Compensation Management is an integral part of the management of enterprises. Build up an effective compensation system contributes to the overall success of the organization in severalways: creating fairness, encouragment in company helping each employee maximize his abilities in works, attracting and retaining quality employees, improving labor productivity, and contribuiting to company development. This study analyzes the relation between the dynamics of labor productivity and wages, examines the current salary payment methods in construction businesses. Base on these findings, the paper introduces and guides the implementation of 3P Compensation Concept.
