Smart water supply is an essential need of cities around the world and Vietnam. To build, operate and manage a smart water supply system, it is imperative to use information technology (IT) solutions. Apply IT to automate operations in water production; using geographic information system (GIS) to manage the water supply network and digitize it to ensure a non-cash payment method... Therefore, IT plays a very important role in this field management of smart urban water supply systems in Vietnam.
