Estimation the cost of insdustrial construction factory based on artifical neural network (ANN)

ABSTRACT

In the process of increasing industrialization, the determination of building factory cost is extremely important during the bidding process. Numerous construction cost estimation methods have been proposed, however, most are traditional methods, manual calculation and mainly based on experience. This research proposes a cost estimation method for factory building by an artificial neural network (ANN) model. The model is built on Rapidminer Studio 9.5 software based on factors affecting the cost estimation process from 11 inputs at 35 projects.
