Influence of nanosilica on the strength of fine-aggregate geopolymer concrete
Abstract
ABSTRACT:
This paper presents an experimental study on the influence of the content and fine-level of nanosilica (when partially replacing fly ash) on the strength of fine-aggregate geopolymer concrete. The study was also carried out to investigate the effect of heat curing time and aggregate ratio on the strength of concrete. Experimental results indicate the appropriate nanosilica content and reasonable aggregate ratio to increase the strength of fine-aggregate geopolymer concrete.
