Literature reviews of factors affecting digital transformation in Vietnam’s construction industry

Abstract

ABSTRACT

To promote digital transformation, innovation and meet the requirements of the 4.0 technology revolution, factors affecting digital transformation in the construction industry need to be considered in terms of forecasting, prevention and limit the risk factors and promote the factors affecting the success. From that perspective, there are many studies on the factors affecting the digital transformation in the construction industry to identify, evaluate and handle. In Vietnam, digital transformation in the construction industry has begun to receive more attention when integrating into the world economy. However, the level of digital transformation is still at a low level. This article will review the factors affecting the digital transformation in the construction industry. The results obtained will help scientists and managers clearly identify the factors affecting the digital transformation in the construction industry in the world and in Vietnam today.
