Abstract

Construction investment projects using state capital require the State to intervene more deeply, to manage both costs and socio economic efficiency of the project. Monitoring and evaluation of investment projects is an activity and a crucial tool for state management agencies to perform the function of state management of projects. Based on current data about investment projects using state capital, the article has conducted a survey and analysis of the professional qualifications, capacity, and experience for staff of monitoring and evaluation of Construction investment projects using State capital. Thereby, the article proposes solutions to improve their capacity.
