Abstract

The current situation in urban projects in Binh Duong province shows that: Each participant directly related to the project has different views and views on project implementation progress management. Therefore, the study to identify and analyze the views of the stakeholders is a necessary and practical issue in order to limit the delay in progress and reduce risks for investors during the implementation process. urban development investment projects. Based on the aggregated data from the actual project in Binh Duong province, the cost estimate according to current regulations to calculate the total investment of the project, compare and select the optimal option. The article hopes to advise the investor and the actors involved in the implementation of the urban area project to have a more correct perspective in order to bring more practical benefits to the society.
