Potential Application of land readjustment Tool in urban renovation in district 3, Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

This study proposes “Land Readjustment”, a new tool for urban reclamation in District 3,. There will be difficulties to be prepared for, such as: securing land use rights and ensuring fairness in land acquisition and land pricing in order to promote consensus among land users.
