Current situation of construction level management In Hanoi central urban areas

Abstract

Construction-level management plays an important role in the development of Hanoi's central urban areas. However, the construction level management revealed many shortcomings and challenges in practice: the management apparatus is not synchronized, the management fields overlapped, the management tools are not effective, the construction landmarks lack information, the inspection and supervision of the construction level under the construction permit/license are loosely granted... This has been causing great consequences for the Hanoi central urban area such as the level difference between the new urban area and the existing residential area, between the roads and the buildings, and between the road and the road... Therefore, this study focuses on analyzing and evaluating the current situation of construction-level management in Hanoi's central urban areas in order to clarify the shortcomings and problems in the management, difficulties, and obstacles that need to be removed, as a basis for proposing solutions to improve the construction level management efficiency towards sustainable development of Hanoi capital.
