Identifying barriers to success in implementing social housing projects in Ho Chi minh City

Abstract

This paper aims to identify barriers to success in implementing social housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces. Data was collected through the questionnaire survey with 133 valid feedbacks and analyzed using statistical methods. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) indicated that there were 05 groups of barriers. The findings may be used as a baseline to enhance the possibility of success for social housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces.
