Analysis of factors impacting construction level management in Hanoi central urban areas

Abstract

There are still some shortcomings in the current situation of construction level management in Hanoi central urban areas as stated in the article with the same main author published in the September 2023 issue of Construction Journal. After studying the subjective causes from the current situation of the organizational mecanisme, human resources, and management tools, the author realized that it is necessary to continue analyzing objective factors that can influence and impact to construction level management before making solution proposals to improve management efficiency. Those impacting factors can be natural conditions, socio-economic development, urban planning and residential models or digital transformation applying science and technology... This article focuses on analyzing factors that more or less affect construction level management according to planning, for example, the management tool is urban planning projects that are not fully and synchronously implemented, lack of specialized planning on ground construction level and surface water drainage according to the direction of the Hanoi capital’s master plan.
