The set of indicators for sustainable development of apartments operation and management in terms of safety in use in Vietnam

ABSTRACT
Along with the speed of urbanization is the development of apartment buildings or apartment complexes (collectively called apartment buildings). The socially concerned issue is how to manage and operate of the condominium. The benefits for investors, professional operation management enterprises are improving the position and efficiency in business; for owners or users, the benefit is aimed to be safe, comfortable, be convenient with reasonable costs, increasing the value of their apartments. This is also closely associated with sustainable development. Besides the 3 pillars of sustainable development: Economy sustainability; Society sustainability and environment sustainablity, it is necessary to add safety and comfort sustainablity in operating apartment buildings. If the management entities want to monitor and assess sustainable development, there must have a set of sustainable development indicators for management and operation of the apartment building in generally and safety use in particularly. Currently, this set of indicators has not been researched, so the article’s issue has both scientific and practical significance.
