ABSTRACT:

Real estate corporate bonds become an investment channel that brings higher returns than the traditional investment channel of savings. However, attractive returns often come with high risks. This article analyzes a number of legal provisions and proposes some solutions to limit risks for individual investors in this market in Vietnam.
