Factors influencing on social housing supply in Vietnam

Abstract

The article analyzes the factors affecting the supply of social housing in Vietnam, including: the State's policy on development and management of social housing; social housing prices; social housing construction investment costs; macroeconomic policy of the State; price and earnings expectations; number of investors participating in the social housing market.
