TRAINING HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VIETNAM AND JAPAN SINCE 1992: A SURVEY AT JAPANESE COMPANIES IN HO CHI MINH CITY
Abstract
By extensively scrutinizing the Japanese companies in Ho Chi Minh City, this paper aims to examine the cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in the field of human resources training from 1992 until now. More specifically, drawing from historical evidence and logical reasoning, this article is going to analyze the reality of the co-operative management in human resources of these companies and suggests a few solutions to ameliorate the process of human resources development. The strengths and drawbacks of the human resources co-operative development are the main focus in this paper.
