STUDY ON STANDARD FRAMEWORK FOR ECOLOGICAL HOUSING IN THU DAU MOT CITY, BINH DUONG

Abstract

Based on basic principles, criteria have been developed for urban ecology in major cities around the world, as well as cities in Viet Nam, along with the survey of natural conditions, resources and energy in Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong. The research team has developed a common framework for "ecological housing" in this area by integrating the principles and criteria that have been applied to the construction of ecological urban areas in the world. It has similar natural conditions in Viet Nam, and features in Thu Dau Mot city, that makes to provide the most suitable standard for the city.
