SURVEY AND ASSESSMENT OF THE COLLECTION STATUS AND WASTE WATER TREATMENT IN CONCENTRATED WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN MY PHUOC III INDUSTRIAL PARK - STATION 3.1

Abstract

The centralized wastewater treatment plant of My Phuoc III Industrial Park - Station 3.1 has been in operation for a long time and is currently receiving a huge amount of wastewater poured in every day. In this study, we have used the actual survey method of wastewater collection at station 3.1 and the analysis method of pollution parameters such as: COD, TSS, color to evaluate treatment efficiency of the system. The research results showed that the wastewater to the collection system from 134 companies and residential areas exceeded QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, column B; The wastewater after treatment reaches QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT column A, but the concentration of pollutants is still high. In terms of treatment efficiency in each stage, the treatment efficiency of COD, TSS, color after going through the chemical and physical phase was 63,1%, 72,6%, 49,9% respectively; the treatment efficiency of COD, TSS, color after going through the aerobic biological stage was 76,2%, 92,7%, 34% respectively; the treatment efficiency of COD, TSS, color of the whole system was 91,1%, 91,1%, 67,2% respectively.
