LIMITATIONS IN CONSTRUCTION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM GOVERNMENT (1955-1975)

Abstract

In historical research, issues related to the government of the Republic of Vietnam Government still have remained certain gaps that need studying clearly. The legal document development activity of the Republic of Vietnam government is one of the above-mentioned gaps. This issue should be studied under a large number of perspectives in order to have an objective and overall view. Using only one research method will maintain certain limitations; The article uses historical methods, logical methods and interdisciplinary research to point out and analyze the basic shortcomings that the construction of the legal document system of the Republic of Vietnam government during the period  from 1955 to 1975 period. The research results of this article will provide a novel perspective on the government of the Republic of Vietnam, in general, as well as, its legal document development activities, in particular. To a certain extents, the research results of the article could be considered a reference for current legal document development activities.
