GENDER EQUALITY AWARENESS IN DO HOANG DIEU’S WORKS

Abstract

Vietnamese contemporary literature recognizes the outstanding achievements of the female writers. As writers, their characteristics reflected different aspects of reality life. As women, their characteristics spoke out loudly for the fairness of Feminist. Do Hoang Dieu is a writer who signified her works by boldly discourse on many aspects of feminism, in which draws out the issues against gender equality. By using socio –cultural method and applying analysis and synthesis in Do Hoang Dieu’s works, this article will highlights the aspects in the world of men and the breakout from the harsh conceptions against women.
