APPLICATION OF AI TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION INTO BLOCKCHAIN IN ELECTRONIC NOTARIZATION: PERSPECTIVES FROM THE UNITED STATES AND SUGGESTED DIRECTIONS FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

Recently, the Government has submitted a draft of the amended Notarization Law to the National Assembly for review, with electronic notarization emerging as a primary focus among legal scholars. Alongside legislative advancements is the rapid growth of science and technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain, which have become defining trends of our time. This article examines the integration of AI and blockchain technologies within electronic notarization, drawing insights from the practices and experiences of the United States. Additionally, the authors present recommendations for Vietnam, aiming to incorporate these technologies into its notarization framework to accelerate digital transformation and enhance the efficiency of notarization services in the digital era.
