Abstract

In the process of accelerating industrialization, modernization and international integration, one of Ho Chi Minh City's central issues is the need to develop a long-term human development strategy, in which Health care for the people must be cared regularly to create a fair, democratic and civilized society, worthy of being the leading country in the country on socio-economic goals. Improving the quality of life for the poor cannot be separated from the goal of improving the quality of health care services for the poor, towards sustainable development.
