IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES AT NEW VIET LOGISTICS CO., LTD

Abstract

In recent years, logistics activities are not only supporting and connecting but also promoting the country's economic and social development. In Vietnam, logistics businesses are highly appreciated for the quality of logistics services, the ability to trace and track shipments and the high probability of goods arriving on time. For the purpose of systematic evaluation, the authors used semi-structured interviews to identify important factors affecting the quality of Logistics service activities and structured interviews with customers of the company to measure the importance and weight of factors in the internal and external environment for the Logistic activities of Viet Moi Co., Ltd. From there, the study proposes four options to improve the quality of logistics services of the company, which are (1) Market penetration; (2) Market development; (3) Concentric diversification; (4) Company restructuring.
