Application of Solidworks Software in Simulating Engine Starters in Automobiles

Abstract

Digital transformation began to be widely discussed globally from 2015 and became popular from 2017. In Vietnam, digital transformation started in 2018, and the National Digital Transformation Program was approved by the Prime Minister on June 3, 2020. The automotive industry is one of the key sectors in this process. To minimize the impact on the lifespan of the system due to the high frequency of assembly and disassembly during student practice, this paper uses SolidWorks software to simulate automotive starter motors. This simulation helps students understand the structure and assembly of the starter motor, contributes to digital transformation in automotive engineering, and extends the lifespan of materials in practical workshops.
