Abstract

One of the forms of people's participation in judicial activities is demonstrated by participating in advocacy and defense activities through the institution of people's advocates. Although the institution of people's advocates has been prescribed by law, in practice, there are still certain shortcomings. The article analyzes the current state of legal regulations and proposes solutions to improve the law on people's advocates.
