Training high-quality information technology human resources in digital transformation trend
Abstract
In the current digital transformation trend, high-quality Information Technology (IT) human resources are considered as one of the decisive factors for the digital economy of each country. Although universities have made many improvements and updates in training programs, due to various reasons, the quality of training high-quality IT human resources in Vietnam has not achieved the expected results. Rather, training high-quality IT human resources currently lacks practical applicability and has not met the needs of the digital market in both quantity and quality. Therefore, training high-quality IT human resources requires attention from the State and authorities at all levels for orientation and adjustment; Universities and businesses need to join hands to design effective training programs and training models.
