Decree 65/2022/ND-CP: Promoting sustainable development of corporate bond market

Abstract

The business bond market was established in the 1990s and began to develop in 2000. However, it has only emerged with economic development as well as gradually improving in the legal framework since 2011. From 2017 to now, with an average growth rate of 41,4% in the period 2017-2021. The market rapidly developed and became an indispensable mobilization channel for entities in the economy, especially loaning credit from banks. Besides, there are some limitations. Therefore, Decree 65/2002/ND-CP has amended and supplemented some regulations to improve legal framework, explicit information, protect both two sides of rights, ensure to develop safe market.
